What the snow?

Okay, so Ryan woke me up this morning and said there is snow outside. I didn't believe him. I got out of bed and low and behold, there was snow. I mean, enough snow that the grass was gone and it is April. Where is spring and who ordered this snow? I think it is a bad late April fools day joke if you ask me. Matthew can't quite understand why I won't let him play outside. Any other day as long as it is warm, sure. But he seems to be fighting this ear infection and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. So he is grounded to the house until further notice. It is now late afternoon and the sun is finally shinning, the snow is gone, and I am letting my kid watch a movie, Cars, for the second time today. I think for the most part, this week will be a stay at home week besides bringing Brie (the dog) to the vet for her monthly check up. Last one and then she is fixed. I swear that dog grows an inch every day. If you have any suggestions on how to get rid of an ear infection (he is already on antibiotics), I am up for anything. I need a full nights sleep.
